You want to live in a way that feels calmer, more connected, and true to who you are. You might feel overwhelmed in your relationships, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by self-doubt and self-blame. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, grief, a major life transition, anxiety, or depression.
Even with all your insight, you may still find yourself repeating the same emotional loops. You long to feel close to others. Just as deeply, you want to feel at home with yourself.

At CWC Psychotherapy, I help creative, self-aware adults who feel emotionally stuck or stretched thin in relationship patterns begin to untangle what’s keeping them from living more freely. Together, we create room to listen inward—to the parts of you that have been overlooked, quieted, or long misunderstood. And from that understanding, something begins to shift. Gently. Deeply. Lastingly.

Whether you’re coming in for individual therapy or couples work, I bring a hopeful and honest style of working that draws from psychoanalytic insight, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
I welcome and affirm all constellations of relationship, whether queer, straight, monogamous, polyamorous, or anywhere in between. This work is grounded in the belief that love and healing are not one-size-fits-all.
I’m Christine Weible-Cruz (it’s pronounced WHY-bull—something people often ask!), a depth-oriented psychotherapist helping individuals and couples uncover what’s been getting in the way of connection, clarity, and emotional freedom. I’m here for the parts of you that feel stuck, conflicted, or longing for something more.
My approach is grounded, attuned, and collaborative. I bring together psychoanalytic theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method to create space for deep exploration and practical growth.
